FILLED BREAD BOATS

Something tasty that got out of my kitchen, and even the simplest. We did it with my son for breakfast, actually mum made it, and the son was overjoyed.
I used only a third from a long baguette and the ingredients are for that amount.

 Ingredients:

  •   a third baguette
  •   4 tablespoons ajvar
  •   2 boiled hot dogs
  •   100-150 g grated cheese
  •   1 egg
  •   mustard for coating
  •   butter for coating the bread
  •   oregano
 Preparation:
  1. Cut the baguette in half horizontally and remove the middle.
  2. Apply ajvar
  3. Put hot dog in the middle.
  4. Add mustard to the hot dog.
  5. Add, grated cheese and egg.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and coat the ends of the bread with butter.
  7. Bake shortly at 200 C degrees until the cheese melts and gets a little colour.
  8. Otherwise, you can use another filling, my son loves hot dogs and that's why I made this combination.
