BIRTHDAY MUFFINS

These are muffins that I made for my niece's birthday. Usually I don't decorate food, I prefer taste over look, but this time I tried a little bit and I made them both delicious and looking good. The children were overjoyed and the muffins were the first that flew from the table.



Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 baking powder (10 g)
  • 1 vanilla sugar (10 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • crushed chocolate
For decoration:
  • 100 g of cooking chocolate
  • 70 g margarine
  • little oil
*The size of the cup is 200 ml.

Preparation:
  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add oil, milk, vanilla, soda, baking powder. Add flour and mix slowly.
  2. Oil muffin mold or put paper cups and fill the molds about 2/3.
  3. Add crushed chocolate in the middle.Bake at 200 C degrees for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
  4. After they have been baked and cooled, melt the chocolate with margarine and a little oil and mop muffins one by one in the chocolate. Decorate as desired.
