Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cube butter or margarine (250 g)
- 5 tbs sugar
- 1 package coconut flakes (100 g)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation:
- Beat butter and sugar with a mixer. Add the eggs, coconut, flour and baking powder. Knead well with hand and make forms from the mixture, preferably small balls or small disks. You can also stretch a thicker crust and cut forms with a glass.
- Align on a baking tray with baking paper and bake at 150 C degrees until they get a fine rosy color.
- Roll the ready cookies in a sugar in powder.
