AEGEAN SALAD

Similar to our shopska salad, only with Mediterranean touch. It is often found on the menus in restaurants and Macedonians love it.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 head of onions
  • 150 g of feta cheese
  • 10 olives
  • spices salt, oregano, olive oil

Preparation:

1. Cut the cucumber in half circles.

2. Chop tomatoes in half.

3. Cut the onions in half, then chop it to get circles.

4. Cut feta cheese into cubes.

5. Mix cucumbers and tomatoes. On top of it, lay the circles onions, feta cheese and olives. Add, add olive oil, salt and oregano.
