If you want an apple pie, but without sugar, I suggest you to try this healthy variant which is very tasty and is prepared very quickly. It is great for breakfast, but can also replace a snack or a dessert.

All ingredients are healthy, easy available and the pie turns out very juicy, aromatic, simply beautiful, eat without guilt!


• 3 sweeter apples

• 3 eggs

• 2/3 cup of chopped walnuts

• a cup of oatmeal

• 2/3 cup of raisins

• 200 ml sour milk + 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (or chia seeds)

• 1/3 cup coconut flour

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 tablespoons honey (one in the dough, one after baking)


  1. Turn on the oven to heat.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. You can use a food chopper.

  3. Mix the soda with the sour milk.
  4. Beat the eggs with a mixer and add the remaining ingredients. Mix with a spoon.
  5. Pour the mixture into a small 20 cm baking tray lined with parchment paper if you don't want your pie to stick.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (350 F) for about 30 minutes. Try with a toothpick if the pie is ready.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then coat with a spoonful of honey and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  8. Enjoy your tasty aromatic and healthy pie.
