A simple bundt cake recipe, my favorite combination with cherries, vanilla and powdered sugar mmm. I made it and gave it as a gift for Easter, so I don't have many photos. But it is beautiful, juicy, melts in your mouth.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
 - 150 g (5.3 oz) sugar
 - 70 g (2.5 oz) melted butter
 - 150 ml (2/3 cup) thick yogurt
 - 12-14 tablespoons flour
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 - 2 tsp baking powder
 - 400 g (14 oz) cherries
 - 1-2 tablespoons semolina
 - powdered sugar on top

Preparation:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and gradually add the butter, yogurt, vanilla. Then add one by one spoon of flour and mix with a wooden spoon, when you reach the 12th you will assess if there is a need for some more flour. Add the baking powder and mix.
 - Mix the cherries with a little powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of semolina.
 - Then in a greased bundt mold, arrange a few cherries and add some of the filling. Add some cherries, then from the filling and so on until the end.
 - Bake for about half an hour at 180 C (350 F) degrees.
 - Once cool, take it out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Cheers.
