I prepared this tortilla for a vegetarian challenge. I usually put white dressing, egg, meat in tortillas and this one was quite a challenge since I needed to leave out all meat products. Anyways, I enjoyed my tortilla and tried something new and delicious. Check my next recipe for a breakfast tortilla with eggs.


  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 full tbs ajvar (red peppers spread)
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 1/4 sliced avocado
  • 3-4 slices of tomato
  • 3-4 slices of onion
  • salt
  • chopped olives


  1. Take one tortilla and coat it with ajvar. 
  2. Arrange lettuce leaves  in the middle and 1/4 sliced avocado. 
  3. Add a few circles of tomato and onion, add a little salt and add chopped olives. 
  4. Wrap the tortilla, first from the bottom, then from the side.
  5. Cut in half and eat it.
