This is a great way of preparing chicken steak, the steak turns out soft inside and crispy outside. The other thing I like here is that it's baked instead of fried, it requires a little oil and it's much healthier variant then frying it right? Next time I'll cut it in stripes and prepare it like chicken fingers.

  •    500 g chicken fillet
  •    about 100 ml of yogurt
  •    salt and black pepper
  •    50 g of sesame seeds
  •    100 g bread crumbs
  •    olive oil
  1. Cut chicken fillets into thin slices.
  2. Add salt and season with pepper.
  3. Put meat a large bowl and coat each piece with yogurt. Cover with foil and leave to marinate for at least two hours in the fridge.
  4. Mix bread crumbs with sesame seeds and dip each piece of meat in this mixture. Align on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Sprinkle the meat with olive oil and bake in preheated oven at 200 C degrees for about 30 minutes.
  6. Good appetite!
