HOW TO EASILY PASTEURIZE WINTER RELISH IN DISH WASHING MACHINE

When I first heard of this method I thought "that's genius"! Though many people thought it's stupid, the time has shown that it's the most practical method ever! Clean and smooth.
This method can be applies to all winter relish you made in jars and need to be briefly pasteurized after filling the jars. You can apply it to all veggies or fruits in compotes.
This method successfully replaces pasteurization in oven and on hotplate. All of my winter relish this year has been prepared this way.

Preparation:

When all your jars are ready for pasteurization, just arrange them in the dish washing machine and turn on the warmest program (usually it's 70 C degrees). Leave the machine to do it's job. It's the best to turn the program in the evening and remove jars in the morning.
