One of the most beautiful wafers that my mom makes, and I got the recipe from her. You just can's stop eating at one piece :)

  • 1 pack of wafer sheets (usually 5 sheets in one pack)
  • 250 g butter
  • 400 g tahini halva
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate for cooking
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 400 g of crushed biscuits
  • 200 g of crushed nuts or hazelnuts
  1. Boil butter, halva, milk, sugar, and chocolate until dissolved. Add the crushed biscuits and nuts to the hot mixture and mix well.
  2. Apply mixture on each wafer except the last one..
  3. Place a tray over the wafers and let them cool overnight in a refrigerator.
  4. The next day cut them into pieces and serve.
