TASTY ROLLS WITH FETA CHEESE

Wonderful rolls that are not only delicious, but also look great and are made easily. The end result will amaze you, it doesn't feel like they are made with ready filo layers, they look like bought from a bakery and what I like the most is that they don't contain much oil and are not greasy.
Preparation time is about 30 minutes and they need the same time for baking. So, you'll have these tasty rolls in 1 hour.

Ingredients:
  • 1 filo layers for pie (10 to 12 sheets) (400 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 ml of oil (2/3 cup)
  • 100 g flour (3.5 oz)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of plain yogurt or buttermilk
  • filling is optional, I used about 400 g of feta cheese mixed with 1 egg. (14 oz)
Preparation:
There were 10 layers in my pack, and the ingredient dose was ideal for 10 rolls.
  1. Prepare the  coating mixture by mixing the eggs, yogurt, oil, salt, baking powder and flour with a fork.
  2. Open each layer, apply 2 tablespoons of the coating mix and fold the layer once. Apply another spoonful of the mixture, then place filling on one end of the crust. Close the ends of the crust and wrap it in a roll.
  3. Align thus prepared rolls in a pan coated with baking paper.
  4. Once you have done all the rolls, cut them 3-4 times on the top with a sharp knife, and apply on each of the remaining mixtures. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake at 180-200 C (390 F) degrees for about half an hour or until well browned.
