Ingredients:
- 400 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag dry yeast
- 400 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- oil for frying
Preparation:
- Mix the eggs with the milk, add salt and sugar, and add the flour with yeast in it.
- You'll get a dense dough. Leave it to grow for 1 hour or less, depends on the temperature.
- Take forms with a spoon and fry directly in hot oil.
- Serve warm with cheese on top.
