Excellent variation of the famous taratur with cucumbers, except we add zucchini instead of cucumbers, Yummy! You can also add crushed feta cheese if desired, either ways it's great. Or add half cucumber, half zucchini - I leave that to you.

  • 1 pack sour cream 500 ml (with more fat)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g of nuts
  • oil
  • salt to taste
  1. Peel zucchini and cut into small cubes, blanch them in salted boiling water shortly and drain them.
  2. Put zucchini in a bowl, add crushed garlic, oil and salt to taste.
  3. Add the sour cream and mix.
  4. Sprinkle crushed nut on top.
  5. Combine with rakija :)
