This is a recipe for fast, tasty, famous pyramid cake. I'm sure you remember it, it's been on our tables ever since childhood. Especially for birthdays or other solemn occasions. Preparation is easy, it will be ready as soon as you say "cake".

  • 100 g of sesame seeds
  • 5 tablespoons of honey
  • 50 g of powdered sugar
  • 60 g butter
  • 50 g chocolate for cooking
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 100 g of ground biscuit
  1. Fry sesame seeds shortly in a pan without adding oil.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate at low heat. Add powdered sugar and mix. Add honey at the end and mix until everything unites.
  3. Remove from fire and add sesame seeds, walnuts and ground biscuits. Combine everything and immediately add the mixture into the pyramid shaped mold. It is the best to cover the mold first with a foil or a nylon, so that you can easily remove the cake later.
  4. It's quite fast, but it's best to be in the refrigerator a few hours before cutting. Cut into triangles and enjoy the taste 🙂 If you want, after moving it from the mold, you can apply a chocolate glaze all over.
  5. After cooling, cut in pieces.
