Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 4 eggs
- 12 tbs sugar
- 12 tbs oil
- 12 tbs milk
- 7-8 tbs flour
- 1 baking powder (10 g)
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 vanilla sugar (10 g)
- Mix eggs and sugar with a mixer. Then add milk, oil, flour, baking powder and coconut. Mix until the mixture is even. Put in a pan size 28 or 30 and put in the oven to bake at 200 C degrees for about 25 minutes. Once you bake the dough, leave to cool.
- For syrup: Put sugar, water and vanilla sugar to boil in a pot. When the syrup is ready, pour on previously cooled dough.
