This is a completely new way of baking potatoes that will delight you and your children. It's a Swedish method for preparing baked potatoes, with rich flavor, crispy outside and soft inside. It's a must try recipe.

  • 3 larger potatoes
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 30 g butter
  • salt and pepper as needed.
  1. Prepare the pan and put a spoonful of oil, butter and a clove of garlic on a low heat. Stir until the butter melts. 
  2. Slice potatoes in thin slices using a knife, but don't cut them to the end. Put potatoes in cold water with ice and add fresh lemon juice. 
  3. Remove garlic from the oil, then apply the mixture of butter and oil on the potatoes. Put to bake potatoes for 40 minutes at 220 degrees. 
  4. Put the remaining oil on a low heat, add garlic and spices to taste (rosemary, curry). Once you  fry garlic, remove pan from fire. 
  5. Put a tablespoon of oil with spices on baked potatoes. Add salt and pepper on top. Serve immediately.
