  •     1 cup (250 ml) sunflower oil
  •     pinch of salt
  •     2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  •     1 tablespoon mustard
  •     2 egg yolks
  •     2 tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Take two eggs and separate yolks from whites. Put the egg yolks in a bigger stirring bowl. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice. Then add a tablespoon of mustard, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a little salt. 
  2. Then mix well all the ingredients with a mixer. Reduce the mixer speed and slowly add the oil. Mix and if necessary add a little more lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Mix until the mixture becomes consistent, then cool it in the refrigerator and serve.
Important: Eggs must be fresh for two reasons. First - bacteria and second - egg which is not fresh won't make foam and mayonnaise will fail. Be sure to use eggs which are fresh for sure.
