Quick and tasty cake that melts in the mouth. The orange gives a beautiful aroma, and if you like, you can add a cinnamon. The syrup gives the final touch, making the cake soft and delicious.
  •     3 eggs
  •     100 g of sugar
  •     200 ml of milk
  •     200 ml of oil
  •     1 cup semolina  (200 ml cup)
  •     100 g crushed biscuits
  •     100 g of crushed nuts
  •     1 pack of vanilla sugar 10 g
  •     1 pack baking powder 10 g
  •      grated crust from one orange
  •     400 g of sugar
  •     400 ml of water
  •     juice from 1 orange
  1. Beat eggs with sugar and slowly add other ingredients and mix well.
  2. Bake in a pan number 32 at 180 C degrees for about half an hour or while well baked.
  3. While baking, make the syrup, let the sugar boil with water, let it boil for 10 minutes and finally add the orange juice.
  4. Warm syrup is poured over warm cut biscuit (not too hot).
  5. Leave covered to soak well.
