CHOCOLATE LAVA DESSERT

Iingredients:

  • 120 g cooking chocolate
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (100g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons flour

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Prepare a muffin pan or other molds in which you'll bake. Brush molds with a little butter.
  2. Place chopped butter in a cooking bowl, put on heat and let melt. Remove from fire and add the chocolate and mix until chocolate is melted too.
  3. Add sugar in the liquid mixture of chocolate and butter and stir until mixture is smooth.
  4. Then, add the eggs and egg yolks and mix with a mixer until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Finally, gradually add the flour and stir well to get a mixture with no lumps.
  6. Pour the mixture in each mold, but don't fill the molds to the top. It's the best to fill around ¾ of their height.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for about 7-10 minutes, so that outside is solid and inside soft. 
  8. Carefully separate from the molds and invert on a dish.
  9. Cut piece with a spoon, from the inside of the cake should expire "chocolate lava."
  10. Serve warm covered with powdered sugar, with addition of an ice cream, a piece of fruit and / or whipped cream.
