I have to say that of all the chicken recipes, my favorite is homemade roast chicken. With only few ingredients and some spices, it's delicious. Soft inside and crunchy outside.

  • 1 chicken
  • 150 ml oil
  • 1 spoon full of mixed dry spices(Vegeta)
  • 1 flat teaspoon black pepper
  • salt

  1. Place the pot of fire, put water and add the chicken. After cooking for some time, place chicken in a pan and add well the spices, salt and pepper on the outside and inside the chicken. The amount of oil and spices may vary according to needs and taste.
  2. Pour the oil over the chicken. Put some inside the chicken.
  3. Put to bake in warm oven at 250 C degrees. Remove the pan from the oven occasionally to pour the liquid from the pan over the chicken. When the chicken starts to get rosy color, remove the pan from the oven. Serve while warm.
  4. Tip: you can use the water where you boiled the chicken to prepare a chicken soup.
