Autumn is a real season to enjoy coffee with milk and pumpkin (Pumpkin Spice Latte). Something you have in Starbucks :) I once had this coffee in another country and since then, I wanted to make it at home. So, today was the day.

This coffee definitely comes under the"Autumn pleasures"section, it's a beautiful latte coffee with aroma of pumpkin and gingerbread spice - a perfect taste blend. From this amount you get 2 cups of coffee. Share one cup with someone you love.

  • 2 full tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 a tsp of gingerbread spice mix
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar,
  • 100 ml of coffee (espresso, filter coffee or instant coffee),
  • whipped cream or milk froth for decoration
  • a pinch of cinnamon

  1. First, blend the pumpkin in a blender to make a pumpkin puree. I used baked pumpkin.
  2. Then, boil the milk and add the pumpkin puree to the boiling milk.
  3. Add the spices, then the coffee and mix well.
  4. Now add the sugar and stir until the mixture becomes like syrup.
  5. Finally add the vanilla flavor.
  6. Put the mixture on the fire to heat well, but be careful not to boil. Warm it up until you get a frothy mixture.
  7. Divide the coffee in two cups
  8. Finally add the whipped cream or frothed milk and a little cinnamon on top.
