QUICK CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE

I got the recipe for this cake from my mother, I first tried it at her place and I was thrilled how light and juicy this cake is. I'm not very fond on banana desserts since bananas spoil very fast, but since this dessert won't last more than 2 days, that's no problem at all :)  You can also use other fruits instead of bananas, I would go with strawberries next time.
 Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (10-12 g)
Filling
  • 2 not very ripe bananas
  • 1 sachet of chocolate pudding in powder (40 g)
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 50 g of chocolate
Preparation:
  1. First, using a mixer beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes. Add the oil and milk and mix well.
  2. Sift and mix the flour together with the cocoa and the baking powder and add it to the eggs. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
  3. Coat the baking pan with butter. (eg.tart mold)
  4. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 C degrees for about 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, boil the pudding in the standard way with milk and sugar. When it is cooked, add chocolate and mix until chocolate melts.
  6. Flip the baked cake and arrange pieces of bananas on the cake. Pour over the warm pudding and decorate with crushed nuts or walnuts.
  7. Leave to cool completely, then serve.
