I love making homemade bread in all shapes and sizes. I make bread once or twice a week. My family loves the bread. This  bread is delicious, both decorative and beautiful. You can also use it as a substitute for bread sticks.
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 10 g of fresh yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 450 g flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling

  1. First, dissolve the yeast in the water with the sugar and knead a soft and smooth dough with all the ingredients. You can use a mixer first, then finish kneading the dough by hand. 
  2. Put dough in a deeper bowl covered with oil, coat the dough with oil and cover it with plastic wrap to stand and rise for 1 hour.
  3. Once it has risen nicely, take it out of the bowl and gently re-knead for 20 seconds and form a ball. 
  4. Using a rolling pin, spread it out in an oval shape and transfer it to a greased baking tray or coated with baking paper. 
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for another 20 minutes.
  6. After that, coat it with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little salt, make a pattern with a fork and bake at 200 C degrees for about 15 minutes.
