CHICKEN NUGGETS

My son is crazy about these nuggets, he has tried them in McDonald's restaurants several times and he loves them, so I decided to surprise him with a homemade variant. The meat I used was from naturally grown chicken. As they were great as for the first time and disappeared immediately, I couldn't even picture them properly.
 Ingredients:
  • 3 pieces of chicken steak
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and a half cup of corn starch
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • half a teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon very finely chopped onion (or dried onions)
  • 1 cup flour
  • half a teaspoon of vegetable seasoning
  • breadcrumbs as needed
Preparation:
  1. First, mix the chicken with the salt and eggs in a blender. Take from the mixture busing you hands and form small nuggets. Deep each in corn starch and set aside.
  2. In the same bowl with the corn starch, add water, mustard, garlic, onion, flour, vegetable seasoning and mix well. You can also use a blender to obtain a batter with a pancake density.
  3. Dip each nugget in this mixture and then in breadcrumbs. I didn't have breadcrumbs, so I skipped that step.
  4. Place prepared chicken nuggets in the freezer for about 1 hour and then fry in heated oil, preferably in a fryer to evenly brown on all sides.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
