An interesting way to prepare sweet crepes pancakes that are beautiful in appearance and taste. Kids especially love them. It was my first time experimenting with the batter and the experiment was a success.
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of sugar and salt
  • 2,5 cups flour
  • 1,5 cup milk
  • 1 cup mineral sparkling water
 Brown part
  • 1 full tablespoon of cocoa
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup taken from the main batter
  • oil for coating the frying pan
  • cocoa cream for filling
  1. Whisk the egg, add a little salt and sugar, add the milk and sour water, then gradually add the flour. Mix well with a blender. You should get a medium thick mixture, if you find the mixture is too thick, add a little mineral water.
  2. From this mixture, set aside 250 ml in a coffee pot or in a bottle, add cocoa and sugar and mix well to obtain a mixture without lumps.
  3. Then heat the pancake frying pan and coat it with oil. Before frying each crepe, coat the pan with oil.
  4. First pour carefully from the brown batter and draw a pattern, and after 10 seconds, add the white mixture between the brown stripes. 
  5. You can even add from the white mixture all over the brown pattern, so only one side will come colorful. The rest of the baking of the crepes is as usual when preparing crepes.

  6. After baking, add from your favorite cream and wrap them in a roll.
