Ingredients:
- 5-6 eggs
- 2 peppers
- 1/3rd chopped onions
- 100 g ricotta (urda)
- a little chopped smoked meat
- around 10 chopped olives
- salt and spices
- First peppers and onions are chopped and fried on olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix eggs with meat, ricotta and olives and add this mixture to the peppers and onions. Cover the pan with a lid or aluminium foil and let the eggs bake on both sides. If you can, flip omelette to the other side.
- Combine with fresh tomatoes and sprinkle Bukovska pepper on top.
