Very tasty and easy cake with a wonderful fragrance of orange and walnuts. It's even better to eat the next day, it stays soft and mouth melting.


  •     5 eggs
  •     15 tablespoons of sugar
  •     15 tablespoons of milk
  •     15 tablespoons oil
  •     15 tablespoons flour
  •     1 baking powder (10 g)
  •     2 tablespoons marmalade
  •     1 cup of walnuts
  •     1/2 cup grated orange peel
  •     1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    For glaze:
  • 100 g melted chocolate
  • crushed nuts

1. Mix eggs with sugar with a mixer.
2. Add milk, oil and mix with a spoon.
3. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix it well again with a spoon.
4. Finally add the walnuts, the orange zest and the marmalade and mix well.
5. Transfer the mixture in an oiled rectangular baking pan or a kuglof mold and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 C degrees (it is best to check with a toothpick if it is baked).

6. After baking, apply melted chocolate and decorat with crushed walnuts and orange.
