This is my aunt's recipe, she says that these are the fastest and the tastiest cookies. I believe her in the "tastiest" part, cause I can eat several at once :) These are mouth melting and kids love them because they look like little hedgehogs :)

  • 1 margarine/butter (250g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack baking powder (10g)
  • 100 g of coconut
  • about 500 g flour
For sherbet: 

  • 500 g sugar
  • 600 g of water
  • 1 vanilla sugar (10g)
  • 1 lemon
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix with hand until smooth. Dough should neither be hard nor soft.
  2. Take dough with a size of a walnut and flatten it on a grater. Continue till you finish all dough.
  3. Arrange cookies on an oiled pan and put to bake at 200 C for 20-30 minutes until they get beautiful red color.  
  4. In a meantime, prepare sherbet. Boil all ingredients and cut lemon in slices.
  5. Pour warm (not too hot) sherbet over cold cookies.
