KASATO CAKE (NO BAKING)

This cake is so simple and yet so tasty. Mostly, you'll lose time in chopping the ingredients. The rest is "piece of cake: :) It's delicious and it's my husband's favorite dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g biscuits
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g icing sugar
  • 250 g chopped walnuts
  • 250 g raisins (watered with a little rum)
  • 250 g chopped chocolate
  • 250 g jelly candies
  • 100 g cooking chocolate (for glaze)
  • cream bananas (optional, if you have them in your store like these http://www.bambi.rs/b/?lang=en&p=bananica)
Preparation:

  1. Pour biscuits with cold milk. 
  2. Beat butter and sugar.
  3. Add the rest of the chopped ingredients. Mix everything together and shape cake as desired. Melt chocolate with some oil and pour glaze over the cake.
  4. Keep in cold and serve from fridge.
Note: You can use other ingredients like dried cranberries, dates, apricots, it's your choice.
