- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 vanilla
- 250 ml yogurt
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 200 g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 300 g cherries (cleaned)
- powdered sugar for dusting
Preparation:
- Because this cake is prepared quickly, first preheat oven at 200 C.
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add yogurt, oil and the flour mixed with baking powder in the end.
- Mix all well until beautifully smooth, pour into oiled rectangular pan and add above cleaned cherries (I used fresh cherries).
- Put into oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
- When cool, cut and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
