Have you ever tried different pancakes from those you regularly prepare? Well, if not, now it's the time. This is a recipe for healthy and tasty variety of pancakes, they are beautiful. Great substitute for the famous American pancakes. From this quantity you get 10 pancakes with a diameter of 10 cm. 


  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 120 g crushed oat flakes Natura
  • a little cinnamon and vanilla
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil/butter+coconut oil for frying


  1. All ingredients are blended in a blender. The density of the resulting mixture should be the same as for American pancakes. Add more water or milk if needed. As the mixture stands, it will thicken because the oatmeal absorbs a lot of liquid.
  2. They are fried in the standard way like American pancakes, use a non stick pan and fry them in coconut oil which gives them a wonderful aroma.

  3. I combined some with date syrup, banana slices and hazelnuts (for me), and some with cocoa cream, banana, whipped cream and hazelnuts.
