Soft and tasty rissoles, it was my first time making them this way and I'm thrilled how they turned out, so tasty, aromatic and soft, beautiful recipe. I made combination with shopska salad and warm bread. Delicious!

  •     600 g mixed minced meat
  •     2 eggs
  •     100 ml mineral water
  •     2 tablespoons flour
  •     2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  •     1/2 tsp baking powder
  •     1 small chopped onion
  •     4 chopped garlic cloves
  •     fresh chopped parsley
  •     1 tbs vegeta 
  •     1/2 tsp black pepper
  •     oil for frying as needed
  1. Mix all ingredients together, knead shortly by hand and put the mixture in the fridge for about half an hour or more.
  2. With oiled hands, form small rissoles and put them to fry in warm oil until finely fried on both sides.
  3. Arrange rissoles on a kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.
