ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH SOUR CREAM

There are many ways to roast cauliflower and I always do it differently. All ways are tasty, and this way works the best for me. 
 

Ingredients:
  • 1 larger head of cauliflower
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml sour cream 20% fat
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 100 g grated cheese 
  • breadcrumbs as needed
  • vegeta, black pepper, red pepper, garlic in powder
Preparation:
  1. Wash cauliflower well, divide the flowers and boil in salt water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Then put it in the pan where you've put breadcrumbs on the bottom as a base. Breadcrumbs will absorb excess fluid from cauliflower.
  3. Arrange the cauliflower flowers over the breadcrumbs.
  4. Stir eggs and milk aside, add sour cream, add vegeta and black pepper and mix.
  5. Pour cauliflower heads with this mixture and add grated cheese on top, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs, red pepper and garlic in powder
  6. Let it bake at 200 C degrees until it gets fine roasted color.
  7. Serve warms as a main dish or as addition to meat.
