- 20 g fresh yeast
- 1 flat teaspoon baking powder
- 1 flat teaspoon salt
- pinch of sugar
- 3 tbs oil (2 in the dough, 1 for coating)
- Dissolve yeast in the water and add just a pinch of sugar. Don't activate it.
- Mix all the ingredients with a spoon and leave the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
- Then, take from the dough using a spoon and put on the largest pan coated with baking paper or with flour. The shapes would be irregular, give form with oiled hand and coat each bun with some oil.
- Leave to rise for 10 more minutes, then bake at 180 C degrees for about 25 minutes or until they got a beautiful color. For more rustic look, sprinkle some flour on the buns before baking.
- They go excellent with kebapi.
