Gurabii are quite easy to prepare, they don'r require much ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg lard
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar (cup size 200 ml)
- 1 kg flour
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar (10 g)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100-150 g chopped almonds
- powdered sugar for dipping
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients and knead dough. Dough should be hard.
- You can make them with hand, take from the dough and form small balls or roll out a crust and cut out forms. Align them on baking paper and bake at 180 C degrees for about 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Baked cookies are dipped into powdered sugar. Repeat the dipping if you want whiter cookies.
