A little different way of eating and preparing crepes. I usually make crepes at home, but when I don't have time, I but them from the market and save time. So you can skip the part of preparing the crepes and just stuff them and bake. Also, you can adapt the filling according your taste.

For dough:
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • salt

For filling:
  • 150 g cheese
  • 150 g ham
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • tomato sauce
  • salt, black pepper

For topping:
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • salt

  1. Prepare the crepes the classic way, beat the eggs, add the rest of the ingredients and make crepes. Add oil on the pan for each crepe before baking.
  2. When crepes are ready, prepare the filling: grate cheese, chop ham and mix it with the sour cream, and add salt to taste.
  3. Add tomato sauce on each crepe, put some filling in the middle, roll it and bend the edged like when you're making sarma rolls.
  4. Put ready crepes in an oiled casserole and pour with the mixture of yogurt and eggs.
  5. Bake at 200 C degrees for about 20 minutes until slightly roasted on top.
