TULUMBA BISCUITS

Amazing mouth melting biscuits for your morning coffee. They only look like tulumbi, because we use the same syringe, but the look is the only thing they have in common :) Easy to prepare, kids adore them.


 
Ingredients: 

  • 350 g soft flour
  • 100 g softened butter
  • 100 g sugar in powder
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar (10 g)
  • pinch of salt
Preparation:

  1. Mix butter with powdered sugar, vanilla, honey and very little salt.
  2. Mix the eggs and egg yolks with a mixer and add the butter and unite well.
  3.  Add flour and baking powder, combine well and put the mixture for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator 
  4. Fill the tulumba syringe (or a cake bag with a special nozzle) and squeeze from the mixture on a pan covered with baking sheet. They should be slightly curved in a length of 7cm 
  5. Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes until biscuits become crispy and golden brown.
