This dish is something that is regularly present in my kitchen, especially during the summer. The recipe can be adjusted and you can add or subtract something according to taste.
I usually prepare it with peppers, tomatoes and mandatory eggs from the village.

  • 5-6 larger peppers
  • 1 larger tomato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • a little smoked meat
  • 5 village eggs
  • grated cheese or 3 larger pieces cut in thin layers
  • salt and spices

  1. First peppers are chopped and fried on olive oil.
  2. Afterwards, add the chopped tomato and continue the frying.
  3. When finished, add chopped garlic and chopped smoked meat and mix.
  4. Eggs are beaten with a fork and salted and added to the pan with a slight stirring.
  5. Add the cheese above and cover the pan with a lid or an aluminium foil to bake eggs and from above, and the cheese will melt.
