Ingredients:
Preparation:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups semolina
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
- nuts, raisins
Preparation:
- Take a deep pot and pour 1 cup of oil and 2 cups of semolina. Cook on a low temperature with constant stirring until browned. Add a little chopped nuts or raisins if desired (I strongly recommend adding nuts for better taste).
- Then add 3 cups of sugar and 4 cups of water and cook everything until it thickens. Pour into molds or into a pan and when cooled, cut in cubes and keep in the fridge.
