CHRUNCHY COOKIES WITH HAZELNUTS AND NUTELLA

If you are fond of hazelnuts and Nutella, I suggest you try this great recipe. These delicious cookies are perfect with your morning coffee or during a good conversation with your best friend. Crunchy and delicious, and most important - very easy to make, so everyone can prepare them.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 220 g of butter at room temperature
  • 180 g sugar
  • 2 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 450 g flour
  • Nutella

Preparation:

  1. Bake hazelnuts in a pan on fire, leave to cool, then grind them finely. Place ground hazelnuts, softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and baking powder in a bowl. Mix nicely and gradually add the flour. Knead until you get a middle soft non-stick dough. 
  2. Sprinkle some flour on your working surface, roll out 4-5 mm thin dough using a rolling pin   and form cookies using molds. Put created cookies on a pan coated with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. Remove from oven, let them cool and glue them with Nutella.
