QUICK HOT DOG PUFF PASTRY ROLLS

 
These hot dog rolls are made in no time. You need to buy a pack of puff pastry and a pack of hot dogs. While you're making the rolls, you'll heat the oven. It's very easy, just follow these simple instructions.


Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of puff pastry (500 g)
  • 1 pack of hot dogs cut in half (about 10 pieces) or smaller hot dogs
  • oregano
  • ketchup or tomato sauce
Preparation:
  1. Roll out the puff pastry (may it not be completely defrosted).
  2. Cut it in triangles.
  3. Place a little ketchup and oregano on the wider side and place a piece of hot dog over the ketchup.
  4. Roll.
  5. Align rolls on a baking paper.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven to 250 C degrees, reduce the temperature to 200 C degrees after 5 minutes and bake for another 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven.
