Ingredients:
- 2 heads of garlic
- a cup of oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1.5 kg veal
- Put all ingredients (except the meat) in a blender and grind them.
- Cut meat into thick steaks.Roll each steak in the mixture. Put meat in the refrigerator to rest for 12 hours.
- Bake steaks on a grill. Turn on the other side in 10 minutes and bake for 10 more minutes.
