HOW TO MAKE SEMOLINA SOUP DUMPLINGS (KNEDLI)

How to enrich your soup with tasty dumplings? Very easy. Just follow these simple instructions.


Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbs oil
  • 8 tbs semolina
  • salt
Preparation:
  1. Beat the egg with a fork and add a little salt.
    Add the oil and mix well.
  2. Then add the semolina and mix until the mixture is smooth and even. Leave it for 10 minutes to stick well.
  3. Using a tablespoon, take from the mixture or form balls and put the dumpling directly in the boiling soup.
  4. Leave to boil for about 10 minutes or until the dumplings soften.
