Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 roasted and peeled peppers
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 chopped spring onions
- 2-3 olives
- garlic (optional)
- olive oil, vinegar, salt
- First, roast peppers, peel and chop in pieces.
- Chop tomatoes, onions. Add whole olives. Mix everything together.
- Add olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
- Enjoy the beautiful Macedonian taste. Serve with rakija.
