Ingredients:
- biscuits (lady fingers)
- 2 tsp instant coffee
For cream
- 250 ml oil
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbs cognac
Preparation:
- Dissolve instant coffee in warm milk and melt in biscuits one by one.
- Prepare the cream by whipping the sugar with the oil. Gradually add the eggs one by one and finally add cognac.
- Line in a glass pan a row of biscuits, a row of cream. if you want more creamy cake than use less biscuits and more cream.
- Finish with cream, decorate with instant coffee or as desired and put the pan in the refrigerator.
