Ingredients:
- 50 ml oil
- 1 smaller onion
- 1 flat tbs flour
- 1/2 tbs red pepper
- Put 50 ml of oil in a smaller pan and add finely chopped onion. Fry at low temperature.
- When it begins to become yellow, add the flour and the pepper. Stir constantly for about 1 minute.
- Finally, add it to the pot where you make your stew/soup and stir it in nicely. Take several tablespoons from the soup, add them in the pan where you made the roux and pour it back in the pot. Cook your manga for several more minutes.
