Ingredients:
- 250 g of macaroni
- 250 g of pickles
- 250 g of ham salami
- 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Boil macaroni as usual.
- In a meantime, cut in cubes salami and pickles.
- Drain and cool macaroni.
- Then put macaroni in a larger bowl and add chopped salami and pickles and mix.
- Add sour cream and mayonnaise and gently stir. If necessary add more mayonnaise.
- Optionally, you can add boiled eggs or cheese for richer taste.
