Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- salt, olive oil
- chopped garlic as desired
- 150 ml cooking cream
- First wash the eggplant and cut it into circles. Arrange circles on baking paper on the grill bars in the oven. Put them to bake at maximum heat until they soften.
- After they soften, transfer half into ovenproof dish, add a little salt, olive oil and chopped garlic, then arrange the rest of eggplant and also add salt, sprinkle olive oil and garlic.
- Then add the cooking cream and return them into the oven to bake until they get beautiful roasted color.
- Decorate with fresh parsley.
