Ingredients:
- 500 g carp roe
- 3 eggs
- 3-4 tbs flour
- 2 pieces of chopped leeks
- 3 tbs mineral sparkling water
- a handful of chopped parsley
- 10 g baking powder
- Vegeta, salt and pepper to taste
- Preparation is simple, mix all the ingredients nicely until the mixture is smooth.
- Then take from the mixture with a spoon and place in hot oil to fry nicely on both sides until the rissoles are well fried and get beautiful golden color.
- Align ready rissoles on kitchen paper to drain excess oil and arrange them with a lot of sliced lemon.
- Before eating, squeeze the lemon onto the burger.
- They can be combined with all usual combinations with fish such as rice, potatoes or spinach and of course - fresh salad.
