MELTED CHEESE WITH RICOTTA, CHEESE AND SMOKED MEAT

We know that melted cheese or as we call it, cheese from oven is basically made with soft cheese with vegetable fat. Honestly, I don't like that cheese, for me cheese is only the one that is obtained from milk, everything else is just at imitation. So, that's the main reason I switched to ricotta (urda) in this recipe. It's also very good and almost no difference here. I enhanced the taste with smoked meat, some clotted cream, sheep cheese and yellow cheese. The given quantities are for 2 servings.
 Ingredients:
  • 400 g ricotta cheese
  • 150 g smoked sliced meat
  • 150 g sheep cheese (or other)
  • 150 g clotted cream
  • 200 g soft cheese for pizza
  • several tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
Preparation:
  1. First, put a little tomato sauce into the earthenware dishes and add the ricotta. 
  2. Add the crushed ship cheese and chopped smoked meat. They are put to bake in heated oven at 250 C degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Then they are extracted from the oven, we add clotted cream and the grated cheese is placed from above. Put 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce from the top and return to the oven to bake. I also added 1 egg in the clotted cream. 
  4. Return to bake until the cheese is melted and gets a fine roasted color.
